TERMS OF SERVICE


All users who access and shop through the So Studio website are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions.

1. Parties

All services offered through this website belong to So Studio.

Anyone who visits the website or makes a purchase is considered a “User.”

2. Subject

These Terms of Service determine the terms and conditions governing the use of the products and services offered through the So Studio website, the ordering process, and the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Products and Services

Most products offered for sale by So Studio are personalized and handmade.

Due to the use of leather, canvas, and handcrafted production methods, minor variations may occur in color, texture, and small details. Such variations are not considered defects.

4. Orders and Payment

The User agrees that all information provided when placing an order through the website is accurate and complete.

An order will be processed once the payment has been completed.

So Studio reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock availability, production, or technical reasons. In such cases, the User will be informed and a refund will be issued.

5. Personalized Products

Products for which a name, letter, charm, color, or size is selected are considered personalized products.

For these products:

Cancellation, exchange, and returns are not available.

The User acknowledges that they are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered in the personalization field.

6. Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped within the preparation period specified on the relevant product page.

The shipping process is the responsibility of the shipping company.

So Studio is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from an incorrect address provided by the User.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All images, designs, logos, texts, and other content displayed on this website belong to So Studio.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

So Studio shall not be held responsible for technical issues, data loss, or interruptions in access that may arise from the use of the website.

The User acknowledges that the website is used on an “as is” basis.

9. Right to Amend

So Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.

Any updated version will become effective upon publication on the website.

10. Disputes

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye shall apply to any disputes arising from these Terms of Service, and the competent courts in Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.


DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Agreement has been electronically entered into between the Seller identified below and the Buyer making a purchase through the website, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties

SELLER: So Studio

BUYER: The person making a purchase through the website

The Buyer agrees that the information provided when registering on the website or placing an order is accurate and complete.

2. Subject

The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the So Studio website.

3. Product Information

The following information regarding the products:

  • Type
  • Name
  • Quantity
  • Sale price
  • Payment method
  • Delivery information

is presented to the Buyer during the order confirmation process, and the Buyer declares that they accept this information.

4. Product Delivery

The product will be shipped to the address provided during the order process and within the specified preparation period.

So Studio is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

The Buyer is responsible for any issues arising from an incorrect address provided during the order process.

5. Personalized Products and Right of Withdrawal

Products for which a name, letter, charm, color, or size is selected are considered personalized products.

In accordance with the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are produced specifically according to the consumer's requests or personal needs.

The Buyer acknowledges and accepts this condition when placing the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal for Standard Products

For products that are not personalized, the Buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging

7. Manufacturing Defects and Damage

If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, the Buyer must contact So Studio within 3 days of delivery.

Following an inspection, a free replacement or repair will be provided.

8. Payment

Payment is made through the secure payment infrastructure provided on the website.

Orders will not be processed until payment has been completed.

9. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, fire, war, or infrastructure failures, the Agreement may be suspended.

So Studio will inform the Buyer of such circumstances.

10. Competent Authorities and Courts

For disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye.

11. Effective Date

By placing an order through the website, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
