CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY
At So Studio, we carefully prepare each of our products with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Customer satisfaction is our priority. However, the following terms apply to personalized designs.
1. Personalized Products
Products for which a customer selects a name, letter, charm, color, or size are considered personalized products.
For these products, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection:
Cancellation, exchange, and returns are not available.
2. Standard Products
For products that are not personalized, a return or exchange request may be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products being returned must be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In their original packaging
- Returned with all accessories included
- Manufacturing defect
- Incorrect item delivered
- Damage caused during shipping
- Free replacement
- Free repair
- Natural variations in texture
- Differences in color or tone
- Minor marks resulting from handcrafted production
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
3. Manufacturing Defects & Damaged Products
If a product has a:

Return or exchange requests must be submitted to So Studio in writing.
Packages sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
For approved returns, the product will be inspected after it reaches So Studio. If the return is found to meet the applicable conditions, the refund will be issued within 7 business days using the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
For manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries, shipping costs are covered by So Studio.
For returns made at the customer's discretion, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Important Note
For leather and canvas products:
are not considered defects; they are characteristics that reflect the natural and handmade nature of the product.
7. Right to Amend
So Studio reserves the right to make changes to this policy.
Any updated version of this policy will become effective upon publication on the website.
